The Sarafina Group, Inc.
After working in the nonprofit sector for twenty-five years, Audrey knew that she wanted to show up differently. To have the ability to reach more people, providing guidance and leadership that resulted in positive change. And, so, it was with a huge leap of faith, a big stretch, that The Sarafina Group, Inc was created. I'm passionate about many issues. And I'm passionate about service. We help to make a difference in the lives of others guided by values and skills that we hold close and live by. Love. Community. Integrity. Humility. Justice. Equity. After working with many people over the years, in many different situations — we’ve found the best approach is through being authentic, seeking first to understand, listening, and developing deep relationships. It is in this spirit that The Sarafina Group, a bright shining star -- offers its services to you, to make the world a better place, one person, one family, one organization at a time. Thank you for trusting us to take this journey with you.

What is Sarafina?
Sarafina means "bright star" in Swahili.
We are operating in times now unlike any before in our lifetime. Racial Reckoning. Global Pandemic. A recognition that systemic racism and structural racism exist in the United States.
The Sarafina group is that guiding light whose mission is to help people who want to make positive change, particularly in philanthropy. We are here to help you solve the challenges before you using a racial equity lens.
“
Audrey masterfully enabled us as a family to articulate our deepest values and to apply these principles to our giving in a meaningful way.
